Players Corner Trading Cards — Local services in Wood River

We finally have a local store around the Wood River area again which is great by itself, but more than that the store has some of the better pricing of store around Madison County when it comes to things like pre releases and drafts. The owners are nice and welcoming and the crowd experience ranges from 'brand new' to 'been playing for decades' and I've not met one other player who has been rude or unwelcoming, which is NOT something I can say about other stores I've been to. I've gone here many times for many events and bought singles, packs, and events and have had a great time so far

Not only are they scalpers they are liars. Myself and a friend called their store separately and got 2 different answers about the new Gundam starter deck. My friend called and got told not only do they not have any but they don't carry Gundam . I called and got told they only received 3 so they decided to open them and surprise scalped singles. Then I look at their TCGPlayer and there are even Gundam Singles listed besides the starter decks. Never been to this store and never will be I recommend you...

Players corner is one of the best places to be when it comes to playing TCG or browsing for packs and singles. I can’t say enough good things about these guys and what they do, the customer service is excellent, the tournaments are fun, and best of all they just became official with play Pokemon! I can’t wait to watch this place grow and become a staple card...
