China King — Restaurant in Wood River

Awful experience! I ordered online, paid with my card, and received an order confirmation email. I waited over an hour and then decided to call to check the status of my order. A woman answered the phone. She was incredibly rude and impatient with me. She told me that she couldn't pull up my address on her GPS, so she just cancelled my order all together. She had no intention of calling me to let me know that my order had been canceled. I wish the restaurant would have called me to explain the situation; I could have easily explained where I live. We normally order from New China in Bethalto; however, they are closed on Mondays and we really wanted Chinese food. We ordered General Tso's chicken, special fried rice, and crab rangoon. First off, the General Tso's chicken had a very strange taste to it. I can't explain it but it was a taste that didn't belong. The fried rice was disgusting. It tasted old, dry, and burnt. The crab rangoon wasn't horrible but it was a little burnt tasting. This was the worst Chinese we have ever had. I would not recommend...
