Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Wood River

If I could zero stars to this worthless place I would ! I call in an order at 5:58 then called again at 6:30 or 6:45 then again at 7:15…. They game my first order to a door dasher. Then said they don’t have any real delivery people and that her regular delivery person would be out in 15 mins.. that was the second call. 3rd call a bobbling bubble head 17 year old answered the phone and I asked for a manager for the 2nd time!!!! And she said oh she’s busy what can I help you with I said I need to talk to her. She then said what did you need to talk to her about I said my order… this 17 year old then proceeded to say OH I CAN HELP YOU PLACE AN ORDER! That’s not what I said and I know for sure I wasn’t that slow dumb and stupid at 17! And I used to work pizza chains and other fast food places and I never left a customer disappointed in my service! And Alyssa that was the “manager” on duty when I called the last time claimed I never talked to a manager at all… so yall give out orders to door dashers to collect cash….. and on top of it all you have to go through a call center to get to the actual store… do better or sell out!!! Now it’s 7:46pm and the delivery driver just called my phone saying she’s outside with my order and that she’s at the back of the hotel when my husband and I are at the front! 🤣 we told her we canceled and she said her “manager” said we can have it for free!!! Why would I take free food from rude people I don’t want to take a chance of my husband and I eating tainted food because of their mistake. No ma’am I’ll pass especially when Alyssa kept over talking me and trying to belittle me. I was nice and calm and considerate….. good help is...

Still no responses, no call back, nor an email… at least Dominos tries to fake it to make it! They offered me 25$ credit even though they didn’t stand up to it they had the balls to admit they were wrong twice in one night after they delivered my order to the wrong address and I over paid for my order 25$ ( my order) but paid 30$ for a 13$ order which is funny because you have to have at least 15$ tax’s included for an delivery…. But they at least reached out to me… my face and my name is on this and ppl know me! I don’t voice my opinions or thoughts unless I’ve been wronged on so many levels!!! My husband and I work hard for our money!!! So if I’m spending 30$ plus bucks for our 6(7kids… a 1 year old..) kids to have a good time because dad and mom are tired and just want the kids to eat and watch a movie with them… I think right is right!!! I was 15 at McDonald’s with grown men and women yelling because the line was too long and having to wait for food that was ordered 2 minutes ago… I’m not upset about a line I’m upset because I wasn’t treated with dignity, respect, nor kindness… if I had acted the way these “teenagers” and adults act I’d be out of a job!!! Because I work real customer service!!! And working fast food and just customer service helped me become the best customer service manager and caregiver I could be!!! Don’t waste your time Alysha or anyone else who works there, nursing nor being a Doctor or any healthcare professional is not for you!! Because customer service...

I have given up here, let's be honest it's fast food but for the prices you end up paying it should come made properly, I have ordered pizzas from here multiple times the first time my pizza had no pepperoni yet I ordered it, the second time it was like eight and my third I contacted them just for them to get back in touch with me and not even say anything, how you pick your staff says alot cause most people don't have to really care but they should as a chef who works to feed to the homeless for free I would never serve anyone food and have it look the way this food does from pizza hut it's just not right the prices yall are charging and then not even doing anything to make up for your mistakes and waste of my money, to each their own maybe someone else hasn't even had a messed up order or any of that but I know I have multiple times, I even went as far as to go to little Caesars and at least they actually had pepperoni on the pizza hell a gas station pizza gave me more pepperoni then they did.
