THIS IS THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX I HAVE EVER LIVED OR BEEN INVOLVED WITH. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE LEASE FROM THIS PLACE. THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT/CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I HAVE HAD AN ONGOING ISSUE WITH THIS PLACE REGARDING AN ABSURDLY LARGE WATER BILL & SEWER CHARGES I RECEIVED DUE TO LEAKS I REPORTED IN THE TOILETS IN THE APARTMENT. THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING IN OVER A YEAR NOW TO HELP RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. I SPOKE WITH A WOMAN IN THEIR LEGAL DEPT "JENNIFER" WHO MORE OR LESS TRIED TO TELL ME I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CHARGES DESPITE HAVING RECORD THAT I REPORTED THESE LEAKS IN DEC 2022. IT IS NOW ALMOST FEB OF 2024 THE ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED. I'VE HAD TO CALL THEM CONSTANTLY ONLY TO GET THE RUN AROUND ABOUT THIS ISSUE. NOBODY IN THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OFFICE WANTS TO TAKE ANY ACCOUNTABILITY OWN UP & RESOLVE THE ISSUE. I WILL BE MOVING OUT OF THIS PLACE IMMEDIATELY. Most recently, lease supervisor Laura G. Told me that I could not just come and pick up a copy of my lease I had to put in a wok order, after I had driven all the way there. It was a simple matter of printing out a document and I wad told it would take 5-7 business days to provide me with a copy. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Only to tell me it was ready 2 hours later. She is a perfect example of how this company abuses their little bit of power. What happened to helping the customer? Being empathetic? I would never recommend my friends, family or strangers to rent from Best rent LLC. They are down right nasty and unkind.
