Welcome to hell , I have been here for a year and it's really like a hell feelings .This apartment is best for those people who work at night and sleep at daytime . If you don't have huge sound system no problem , your neighbor can make you happy . They use woofer / huge sound system during anytime that makes your work from home more exciting and wall can't stop it. And mostly weekend time (they have 4dsy weekend) they will surprise you in the middle of the light , turn on loud music in the car.

Nothing is private here , anyone can use your area as a common area . Rude and unsafe drivers can be visible inside the apartment as they have racing talent .

And another thing is if you have any friend or known or unknown person and want to sublease your lease , you can . People stay for a month over sublease / mutual contract and then are gone and get new one stay 3 months and they are gone .Less background check and this is industrial area and you can understand who is coming here to live.

One thing I can tell you seriously they can offer you free shuttle but this place (Managment)is sucking your life and money. After rent you have to pay extra app.200 for amenities ,nothing is fee. And if you want to break the lease you have to get someone , leasing office is not going to take care of that . So before choosing this apartment Make sure you will compromise...

Went to tour an apartment today and had an unpleasant experience. For starters, they have online that they’re open at 9 am we waited there till 11 and still no response. They finally answered the phone at 12 which is ridiculous they should have a sign on the doors stating they were coming in late or whatever the case was. The woman, Sarahi (not sure if that was her name, she was pretty young) at the leasing office was very unpleasant, unwelcoming and rude. We scheduled our tour at 1 pm, we arrived 10 minutes early and we were greeted with a “you guys are here a little early”. She was so unfriendly and had such a bad attitude which put a bad taste in my mouth, I didn’t even want to look at the apartments. I will not be moving forward with these apartments, terrible customer service and for anyone looking into these i would suggest you listen to the reviews.

Update: the agent and my husband didn’t have a “pleasant” conversation and even told me he didn’t care for her. The agent was very dry, showed no personality in fact seemed like she didn’t even wanna be there. He’s the type of person who is nice even when people are nasty which she was. We are uninterested especially with that...
