Been with State Farm 4 years. And with this location for 2 years.
Good: Initial conversations & Face to Face are very nice.
Bad(why 3 stars):
initial set up got our name and car and rate wrong. (No problem, we are all human) and they have good attitudes about it.
Defensive discount expired, we retook and send the certification. They said the different will be pro rated next bill but it didn't.
Find rates on many other website that is at least 50% cheaper. Emailed them and they said there's nothing they can do ( understandable ). So we switched. Canceled the cars and there was extra payments. Same for home insurance. Called to have it canceled days before the monthly payment date. but still see charge.
When called ask to cancelled rental policy. Agent asked me to sign paper works. So i asked if that required for any cancellations. Before i even finished I got yelled at ( or educated with a very angry voice ). I didn't sign anything when cancelling car policy so i wanted to double check if i needed to sign anything for that. There's no need for yelling. we all have our own thing going on. That's not professional.
