I felt compelled to write a review following a previous comment that I believe to be completely inaccurate and unfair. Yes, High Cotton is located in an old building that has no heat/air. However, the owner goes to great length to attempt to make as comfortable as possible year round with fans/heaters. The old building adds to the charm and overall experience of shopping for antiques. The building itself is very clean. Yes, I bumped up against or picked up a few items that might have had a bit of dirt/dust, but one must remember- these things are old. This is a large area with numerous vendors, all chocked full of treasures; including small items as well as furniture. The owner is extremely helpful, and any item we asked about, she was able to give the lowest dollar amount each booth owner would accept.
