Sujatha did my bridal henna and it was an absolute pleasure working with her. I loved her designs while scrolling through Instagram and reached out to her to discuss bridal henna. She was very prompt in responding and even scheduled a call that day to understand what I was looking for. I really appreciated her personal interest and communication. Wedding planning is stressful and it was really helpful to have clear communication. She also suggested to have my mehndi done ahead of time so I can spend time with my guests at my mehndi party and I am so thankful for that suggestion.

I requested an early morning start for my mehndi so I could be ready to go for my hair/makeup and be ready for the mehndi event on time. Sujatha was there well before the start time ready to go and it was a fun experience getting my bridal mehndi done by her. I wanted Mount Rainier incorporated into my mehndi and a travel ticket to represent my love for travel. She was able to incorporate both and we also added the latitude/longitude of Columbus, Ohio where I met my partner. I loved that Sujatha was able to make my mehndi design unique to me and everyone at my wedding loved the execution of the ideas! It took Sujatha around 7 hours to do my mehndi and it was well worth it!

One of Sujatha's colleagues, Charmi, was also there to do mehndi for my sister and mehndi for my feet. She was also very good and efficient.

The overall experience with Sujatha was really amazing, she is extremely talented as well as professional and can literally bring any of your henna imaginations to life. She was very accommodating in terms of timings (she few down early from a family holiday to accommodate my bridal henna request which was really sweet) and designs as well as took special care to capture amazing pictures and videos. It was an absolute pleasure to get my bridal henna done by her and she took special care to go through my outfits and made sure that the design complemented my outfit and the overall look that I was going for. She was humble and understanding to any delays caused by the wedding commotion and made all our guests feel special as well through her art and words. I hired Sujata for two events - my bridal mehendi and mehendi for friends and family. She did a fabulous job both the times.

Bridal Mehendi feedback - I loved the kind of attention to details that she gave to ensure that all my wishes were fulfilled in the bridal mehendi. I mainly gave inputs on the arm design as I really wanted Seattle skyline on one of my arms because I met my husband in Seattle :) She gave an idea to include Mt. Rainier on the other arm which was amazing as my husband and I love hiking. She drew beautiful bride and groom designs on my palm. I was amazed at how wonderful it came out. Everyone was awestruck by the mehendi design. I could not have asked for better mehendi on my special day :)

Friends and family event feedback - Sujata was nice to all the people and drew any design they wanted like sports logos, doctor's stethoscope. Many of my brothers got mehendi on their palms too :) I was so happy to see that since its mainly girls who get it done generally.
