Wish I could leave a less than one star review. I recommend you do your research before shopping here. You'd be better going down to Colorado Springs and dealing with an actual Verizon store down there. THIS IS NOT A VERIZON STORE. This is a Victra 3rd party vendor that uses Verizon branding, and this matters. Not only have I experienced appalling and atrocious customer service, with unreasonably long wait times, only to be treated terribly, having to eventually leave and go down to a real Verizon store in Colorado Springs anyway, but they've actually tried to scam me. Yesterday, after spending well into 2hrs on the phone with Verizon dealing with problems, I ended up paying for a phone upgrade and opting for instore pickup of the product, and being assured that I could go into the store to obtain the new phone I paid for. After walking in and waiting an hour to be helped, however, I was informed by the woman who works there that I would unfortunately have to completely cancel the purchase I made through Verizon and then re-purchase my phone through the store there and then pay and additional nearly $50 to setup and activate my phone. This is completely unacceptable, and the Verizon customer service representative I spoke with after refusing to be scammed and leaving confirmed this for me. They were literally attempting to extort me for more money. What's worse, is that after I told the lady I was going to reluctantly pay the money because I needed the phone, she most rudely pronounced that it was going to take between one and two hours to pull the phone out of their safe, activate it and give it to me. I just left at that point. I don't know how to get ahold of the people who own, or manage this Victra branch, as I have been repeatedly stonewalled by the manager who runs the store like he's a king, but if they are wise enough to read these reviews of their business, YOU HAVE A SIGNIFICANT PROBLEM with your manager in this store, and his employees are a reflection of this. That manager is singularly responsible for why T-Mobile is now opened a store in the Safeway shopping center, and is eating Verizon's lunch in Woodland Park. That trend is bound to continue unless something changes in that store. The contrast in treatment I receive when walking into T-Mobile verses this Verizon store is astonishing. I hope someone who is in a position to fix the problem that exists in that store reads this and does some research. I won't spend another penny in that store and I will be screaming from the mountain tops about my experiences trying to shop there. It's honestly jaw dropping. I highly recommend you avoid this store...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUpdate! I had to go in store to pick up a phone I purchased and transacted online and, to my surprise, I had to sit and wait 45min just to get help. This Verizon store is TERRIBLE!!! Still...
I deeply regret purchasing phones and service from this store. Verizon, and this store, Victra, which is a Verizon representative dealer both know thar Verizon's network in Woodland Park is HIGHLY congested and is almost unusable on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, due to the influx of tourists coming into Woodland Park. Most weekends my phone is literally unusable on the data side, and a lot of weeks I'm unable to make calls at all. I pay for the most expensive plan, and bought S22 Ultra phones, so I've done my part as a customer and have spent the absolute most I could, and I still have an unusable phone on weekends. I'm very disappointed. I posted on the Woodland Park community page about my experience and there were literally hundreds of community members who commented stating their experience is the same as mine. I've tried working with the store manager, Elijah, and gotten into some heated conversations because he got short with me, but the bottom line is, he's aware of the issue, Verizon isn't fixing it, and there's nothing he can do. Here's the problem though... THEY'RE STILL SELLING PLANS KNOWING FULL WELL THAT THOSE PLANS WONT WORK ON MOST WEEKENDS. This is a terrible way to do business, and it's completely lacking in integrity. As it stands right now, I'm going to lose close to a thousand dollars giving my phones back and then will spend another almost thousand dollars moving over to T-Mobile in order to secure phones that actually work seven days a week. Please, please, please, don't waste your money buying phones here. Verizon has great service everywhere else in the country, but in Woodland Park, they don't. If you need to be able to depend on your phone,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDavid was the sales person who we had to deal with, to say that he was incredibly rude is an understatement. Thank goodness I didn't send my grandmother alone to try to upgrade her phone, because she would have either left in tears or caused a scene. He insulted her age, treated her like she was stupid, and sped through the terms even though she asked him repeatedly to slow down. When she couldn't remember her Google password, he got visibly irritated and impatient. Every customer who came into the store was treated with the same level of disrespect and feeling that we were bothering him, so much to the extent that the other sales person who was assisting from Colorado Springs had to apologize for his behavior. It was super uncomfortable, because instead of helping each customer, which I'm pretty sure is his job, David took every opportunity to make each person who walked in feel like an inconvenience. He got so flustered that even though several people were waiting to be helped, he decided to go have a cigarette break. LOVE the smell of cigarettes as we're trying to do business! The other sales person (Tyler?) was by contrast, SO KIND and even apologized to us. In short, David shouldn't be around people, and he took away something that my grandma was really looking forward to. I'll advise her to go to the store on Nevada where the nice sales guy works, because this was a nightmare. I've sold cell phones in the past, and there is NO REASON to ever treat people this way.
*UPDATE I saw that you give the same generic response to every poor review, so I emailed the address you provided on Saturday with no response. Providing contact information with no follow up is as disappointing as how your employee treated customers last weekend; it's like another slap...
