Our stay at the Peak View Park in Woodland Park this past week was actually the 2nd time we'd stayed there ... 1st being 3 years ago. Yeah, we liked it that much. We rented tiny homes off Airbnb on both occasions, but those reviews will of course be posted on the Airbnb website. As far as the Park goes, it's just on the east edge of town on HW 24. And yes, as the name would imply, the park offers views of Pikes Peak, and they are spectacular! (pic included.) The park is built in to a mountain side, and you will see in a cpl of the pics I'm submitting that a view of the houses are quite high up the hill. Walking around the park in pleasant, and you'll always meet people willing to share their adventures with you. There so much to do in the area, and many, many dining options available. On this trip to Colorado, we took in the Pikes Peak Cog Railway, visited Cripple Creek and Manitou Springs, as well as the Manitou Cliff Dwellings. In the past, we've visited Pikes Peak (again - but hat time we took a HUMMER tour to the top!) Also, take a drive south and take in the Royal Gorge Bridge and Railway. But, back to the park ... YES, we'll be back.

Peak View Park exceeded all my expectations! Not only is the price incredibly reasonable, but the views of the majestic mountains behind the homes are absolutely stunning. It’s a place where you can truly immerse yourself in the beauty of nature. The park is well-maintained, and the atmosphere is peaceful and inviting. Whether you’re a nature enthusiast looking for a serene escape or a family seeking a picturesque picnic spot, Peak View Park has something for everyone. The staff here is friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist you in making the most of your visit. I’ve had some of my most memorable moments here, taking in the scenic surroundings and enjoying quality time with loved ones. I can’t recommend Peak View Park enough. It’s a hidden gem that offers a perfect blend of affordability and natural beauty. If you haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out on something truly special!

Stayed in a tiny home here before running Pikes Peak Marathon. It's in a great location and is fairly quiet. If you're looking to stay at elevation like I was, this is ideal. I do have to say that my particular tiny home did not have a peak view; the sign that says "Peak View" (with a picture of a window with Pikes Peak on it) was directly in the way of my view of Pikes Peak. The meta-ness of the sign was enough to keep me chuckling.

This place is terrible. We bought a camper that was left in the lot. We asked to pay for a month to stay there so we could arrange towing without haste. So we paid an extra 600 for the month there. We asked for a list of park rules 2 times and never received them. We stayed less than a week before one of the owners, Matt came and said we had to go. He said we had 15 people sleeping in our 5th wheel. We were out of town and had a few buddies sharing a house sitting duty. And by the way there is no way 15 people can comfortably sleep in a smaller 5th wheel, nor would anyone want to. Upon telling me this and of course after me disputing said claim he proceeds to tell me he has a video of people sleeping inside my camper. I told him i was off put by the statement seeing as I am a young female. Peeping tomery still applies for campers i do believe. When my boyfriend was back Matt hurried down as I was informing him of our need to leave soon because we weren't wanted and because now i know Matt is taking pictures inside of people's homes. I felt very unsettled and off put but before i could finish telling my boyfriend Matt was there accusing me of hiding the notice from him and accusing me of lying about us being out of town. We still werent fully living there but we had belongings we didn't feel safe leaving unattended. When Matt came back my boyfriend had his black buddy with him and matt all but said no friends allowed as in that kind of friend. We left 2 days later. We still have not received compensation for the majority of the month.

Matt lives in the shack up top by all the junk. You know the one with the toilet on the porch. The man literally poops on his porch i. This community.... Buyer be warned stay away very creepy group. I felt very ubsafe there. The guy across the street let me know upon meeting me he filed bankruptcy but was able to keep their vehicles, an acre, his motorcycle, and a very nice camper. I was not impressed! He made sure to come out with his pistol in clear view too. He also let me know my dog always needed to be on a leash which i knew and had followed yet his little yappy dog ran around loose all the time.

Also, do not invest in one of their tiny homes. They are shotly built and way over priced.

Apparently they are looking into rv parks in cripple creek so beware of that. Especially ladies. I personally dont like knowing someone feels it is ok and justifiable to take pictures of people sleeping in my home... Creeper status Matt. You're life choices are leading you to be the guy living in a van down by the...

Horrific Owners Negative ratings should be an option!!

Rv'ers Beware!! Horrible experience! Owners are complete scammers and slum lords. Long term spots are only available until the prepurchased tiny home designated for that space arrives, at which point you are given a few days notice that you are required to relocate to a different spot in the park. Keep in mind skirts are required after 2 weeks. Ridiculous to expect people to consistently tear down and re set up. Not to mention that they are well aware your spot is taken but rent it to you "long term" anyway at an inflated cost and then expect you to move around their park as they deem necessary when the time comes.

Also Buyers of earlier mentioned properties: Run!!!! These guys have already had other properties seized for nonpayment of taxes. Interestingly enough they only take cash or check...hmmmm..do not get sucked in...need details?? Google the Denny's closings in the area....
