Honestly 1 star is way too high. Went in today to get a small list of items. We get in the entire fruits section was empty (claiming to be because of the cold weather) yet when the old owners were there nothing went down. The area where all dairy products are were empty or replaced by new brands. No meats, carrots were out of date by 5 days, broccoli for a half stem was $8. The Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes were changed and taste like they are bagged not fresh. But the worst part is the FRESH FISH/SEAFOOD is frozen now. It was frozen chunks of cod. What day last on your first visit you are treated like a valued customer by the second visit they treat you like a friend by the third visit you are a friend the employees at the store are hand-picked and our top quality some of the prices tend to be a tiny bit higher than you would find at Walmart but it is easy to overlook YouTube the warmth and caring you feel good the deli offers great home cooked meals at a reasonable price I really recommend the fish my favorite is catfish and the meatloaf for starters and the store even delivers and they do not charge for delivery I do I do have a gift of the employee that delivers my groceries a small tip they always deliver with a smile and great attitude try them I know you will...

Normally we love Trouts but today was an exception. Ordered a half bushel of #2 crabs and 2 orders of steamed clams at 4 pm for 5 pm. Got there and crabs weren’t ready but clams were. Finally get the crabs at 5:40 pm and not only were they the wrong ones but now our clams are lukewarm. So instead of #2 crabs the sticker was for #1’s. Management wouldn’t even give them to us for the #2 cost when it wasn’t even our fault. Gave us a $15 discount and we will be eating cold clams. Cashier and manager was not very pleasant at all. So much for good customer service. Will think twice before getting my crabs...
