From the moment we walked in, he was welcoming, patient, and clearly passionate about helping us find the perfect gear. He took the time to walk us through different racket options, explain the differences in strings, and make sure we felt confident in our choices.

What really stood out was how genuinely invested Julian was in making sure we got exactly what we needed—not just trying to make a sale. I mentioned wanting a mix of string colors, and he happily let me buy half sets of two different colors (blue and pink!) so I didn’t have to choose. That level of flexibility and care is so rare these days.
