Groovy Hair is an amazing spot to purchase any hair care products. The environment is not only friendly but well organized and clean with a great professional presentation. I was also excited to know that the hair store is also black owned with a family feel.

My first experience was the best I've ever had. The owner, Amanda, gave me a natural welcoming experience from the phone to the store. She was SUPER friendly and ready to help. She was not pushy at all and did everything she could to make sure I had everything I needed to complete my purchase. She was ready to advise as well as assist to make sure I had all I needed and completely comfortable and satisfied with my purchase. I have been taking care of my hair, skin, & nails for years visiting a variety of Hair stores and I've NEVER received the service or experience I got at Groovy. Based on my experience, people just want your patronage but don't actually care. Even her husband came out and was equally eager to assist and make sure the services rendered were satisfactory. I moved to Woodstock a few months ago and have been traveling back to Augusta for all of my major hair care products. I will now be purchasing from Groovy. If you don't believe me, go see for yourself. Icing on the cake is they even provide military discounts to those and their family who served and serve for this country.

Hat's off to this establishment that's also in a great location. Kudos to Ms. Amanda for an exceptional experience. She was even willing to purchase a product that I needed but wasn't in her inventory. I truly Loved the way she made me feel from start to finish. She has made my decision to relocate that much nicer. God is all over this business and I pray them Nothing but the most amazing success on their strive to achieve their greatness as it's visible that GOD is ordering the steps of Ms Amanda as she runs her establishment. I absolutely love this shop. The couple that runs it are so friendly & knowledgeable. If they don’t have something you’re looking for, they will take note of it for the future. They couldn’t be more kind which is refreshing.

Take note that it’s a more concise supply, but I’ve found that they have everything that you need and I really like their hair care product selection.
