After finding the perfect sectional and chair set, we quickly realized we needed a new solution for the TV. This would involve mounting the TV above the fireplace and re-configuring our surround sound set up. We wanted to use a specific type of mount that would allow us to bring the TV down to eye level when watching but had some concerns on how that would work with a 5.1 set up, specifically with regards to the center channel. Intuitive AV is the perfect name for these guys because during the FREE consultation, the owner, Eric addressed all of our questions before we had a chance to ask them and even asked questions about potential future considerations that we had not yet thought of. Unlike some companies, the consultation was not a sales pitch. We were presented all available options and considered them carefully before confirming the direction we wanted to take with this project. After receiving our feedback, an invoice was provided and they were able to fit us in so that this could be completed prior to our pending furniture delivery. The technicians were on time and amazing to work with! Paul and Roger kept me updated on their status, answered all my questions and made sure i knew how to properly operate the new mount and why they had chosen the current tension level. The fact that I know that Paul had spent the previous weekend in Florida helping clean up after Hurricane Irma or that Roger is more of a cat person but was very engaging with our curious pitbull should demonstrate just how great their customer service is! After finding it difficult to get an AV company to help upgrade my current home systems, I saw an Intuitive AV Van on the road and took a picture to save their contact info. I contacted them online and they were very responsive. Mark H helped design my new system and recommended great equipment that suited my needs and helped me with an overall modernization that will allow me to lower monthly cable costs, etc. CJ and Luis did a great job with the installation. They worked efficiently and made sure the equipment was working well. I couldn’t be more pleased with how the equipment looks and functions. I am particularly pleased with: cable management in the equipment space, the equipment that was recommended and the technical help in learning how to use all of the new tech. I will definitely use Intuitive AV for any future modernization projects in my home. We worked with Intuitive AV to add indoor and outdoor speakers to our home. They were so easy to work with and did a fantastic job. Matt got us set up with the perfect plan and the right equipment. He was also very communicative throughout. Felipe and Dwayne did our install. They showed up, worked hard and were very thorough/clean — they left our kitchen/living room in better condition than they found it! The speaker installation was seamless and looks very natural in our ceiling. They did a walk through after the install to answer all of our questions and to show us how to work the new equipment.

The job was done in two days. So easy and they did everything right the first time.

Everything has worked perfectly since the install. Matt reached out afterwards to make sure we were happy and to see if we had any more questions. Great customer service — they really care.
