TLDR: My visit to this Massage Clinic was a divine experience. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone. Enough said here. I'll expound on my wonderful first time experience below.

I've never visited a massage clinic, let alone a massage therapist in my life. So I was extremely apprehensive and extremely nervous about even going through with my appointment. However, I am incredibly glad I did.

My experience: Upon entering Harmony Falls the atmosphere within the establishment is wonderfully calming. All of the staff I encountered were welcoming and friendly. And more importantly, it was immaculate within the entire place. I was astonished. I signed up for the Trigger Point Massage for 120 minutes.

The massage therapist I was assigned to is named, Irene. Firstly, there aren't enough positive adjectives I can use within the entirety of the English language. Let alone all other known languages past and present to describe just how absolutely phenomenal Irene is. She was an absolute delight to be with. Extremely professional, understanding and kind. Extraordinarily skilled! Her attention to detail and ability to locate problem areas was impressive. I should also note that I am by no means a small human being either. And despite that fact, she was able to get through all of my muscles like a razor sharp hot knife through butter. Now, I'm aware that the words that I'm using to describe her and my experience may seem over the top. But I cannot stress enough just how sincere I am with this review. Irene, also provided me with tips and various techniques I could employ to help maintain the results of my massage as well. Incredibly knowledgeable!

What an amazing experience! I walked in without an appointment after work. I had been suffering with painful right shoulder pain that radiated down my arm. I walked in and explained to the receptionist Lucy, who was so very kind and my issues with her. She said she had an opening in an hour. I was so close to relief finally! I told them I’d wait in my car and be back in an hour. Lucy came outside maybe a minute later and told me Victor just had a cancellation and he could take me. I was elated! Victor had heard my issues when I came in. Once I was on the table he said he could see the huge knot along my shoulder blade. But that wasn’t all he found. More knots in my mid back, arm, arm pit and tons in my neck. He even worked on my glutes and there were knots there, too. When I tell you it was such a relief to feel like someone really cared about making me feel better, it made me cry. Well, releasing all that pain and feeling taken care of was exactly what I needed at that very moment. I actually made an appointment with him in a couple of weeks because I do not want that pain ever again. I wish I had better words to express my gratitude to Harmony Falls for taking in a woman without an appointment. Most places would have told me to come back another day. I am absolutely impressed and grateful for Victor who spent the time to work on all my stubborn knots. He made me feel extremely comfortable. And I have to also thank Lucy for getting me in so quickly. This is not just your average message place.
