I will start by saying that this my favorite pizza. When I lived in Woodstock, I ordered from there at least once a week. On a recent visit to Woodstock we had lunch at the new location. It was delicious as usual. I also loved the new location. I wanted to bring my favorite pizza home so I could also enjoy it at a later time. The day before we were leaving I placed an order for 5 pizzas. I asked that they be par-baked and frozen. I specifically asked that they be made as soon as possible that day so they had overnight to fully freeze. When we went to pickup the pizzas the next day, they had a hard time locating the order. When they finally brought it up to us, the guy said "these need to get back in the freezer asap". I said that they were going in a cooler with dry ice. We had a 9 hour trip back to Tennessee. He said that they had just been made a short time ago. When I checked them, they definitely were not frozen. But having just paid $75 I said that I was going to take them, but I was not happy. As we were getting ready to pull out, we saw that Shawn had just pulled in. I went over to him and explained the situation. He checked the ticket. He told me that it was someone new that had taken the order. At that point his wife apologized profusely. She offered to immediately make new ones and overnight them. She said I wouldn't have them until Tuesday. After much conversation it was decided that I would take the ones I had picked up and let them know when we got home how they held up. At that point we would decide if they would send immediate replacements or send some at later time for the inconvenience and mistake. I called Shawn the last week of May to request my replacement pizzas. I only asked for 3 not all 5. He told me that he would call and let me know when they were shipped. I never heard anything until they were delivered June 8. I do appreciate this. However, the pizzas were shipped in a regular cardboard box. No ice, dry ice or cold packs. I opened the box to find thawed pizzas. They were barely cool. I don't know if they were shipped frozen or not. I will say that the one pizza was too big for the box that it was shipped in. the edges were folded up and the toppings were toward the center. very little on the edges. That makes me think they weren't frozen. I tried to call Shawn, but he wasn't there so I left a message. It's been a week and I still haven't heard anything. Greatly disappointed in the way this was handled. I guess my next trip home, I will have pizza...

Went in for dinner. Place was mostly empty. But yet they sat us at a booth/table and chairs that was right next to the bathroom. The way its set up there should not be a table or booth in that location. They pushed the table in really far to make room for people walking to the Bathroom, making it tight on inside, while annoying for the people walking around the people on the outside. After sitting there and not getting service we decided to more to a booth across the restaurant that was a bit more family friendly for my young family.
The wait staff took notice but never came back to see how we were doing, on only got a "off the cuff" sarcastic remark from the host when she walked by. (OK look, I get it, we should have asked. But 1. We were not offered a choice in a booth or table We never saw the waitress in a timely fashion. ) So after we had to walk to the bar for own drink service, we finally got the waitress from our new section to come over for a box and bill. We left our name and number on the in house, "how was your service?" questionnaire, with now response from the owner or manager. So I guess I'll find my solace in whoever reads this review.
I might eat Napoli pizza place again. But I'll probably get...
