Run from this place!!! If it would be 0 star review, I would leave that one. I've been told that an estimated cost of removing 8 teeth of my old cat $1500 on a high end. I thought I would get into price range lower than that, however it came to even more high price than a high end cost due to the complicity as always happens somehow in order to overcharge the people. They put blame on us that we misunderstood the pricing from the beginning. That sounds is very bizarre and unprofessional. They will not negotiate the prices at all. So, we end up of charged a full medical bill with some extra staff. They said the grooming of our skinny little cat will be $100, but charged $140 instead. What a joke! Seriously?! Dr. Howard is very arrogant and instead of giving us a reasonable price, she offered us to get a credit to pay for the service! I just wondering who can afford Dr. Howard service?! Unbelievable! I also read about Dr. Howard negative reviews before and seems they are TRUE ones. I just want everybody aware of this clinic and please learn from my mistakes. They seemed nice people because they need your business, but in reality they are all about your money. Do not trust them especially Dr. Howard. This place is no longer the same as it used to be with Dr. Barnwell ! They will take from you as much as they can without any regrets. I already researched several places for quote for the same procedure and they offered twice less price with many extras! Hwy 92 animal hospital is a scam. I would never come back there and would not recommend anyone. Please do yourself a favor and find a better place with AFFORDABLE prices for...

I had a great experience with Highway 92 Animal Hospital the first time. It was my birthday so I used my birthday money to take my Norwegian Forest Cat, Rosie to have an annual wellness exam. I worried because she would go outside a lot and hunt small animals. She received her necessary shots, and I believe she felt like a brand new Cat! I saw a turn in her I'd never seen before. She stayed closer with me, became even more affectionate, she even stopped going outside altogether. Dr. Zayas was so awesome, and said she did so good and was being such a good cat! Made my entire day/year and definitely want to come back. Well when I did I had a different experience with Fran I didn't feel seen or heard by her. I called up there a few days ago and unfortunately spoke with her. I knew I didn't like her pretentious demeanour, but now I know for a fact since she pretended not to remember us and then couldn't bother to even give me a call back regarding medication I urgently need for Rosie. She was initially going to have me come and get it, but in a split second changed her mind and said she'd consult whoever knows before getting back to me and she never did. She tried to gaslight me into saying I needed to follow up about things regarding our last visit which was a complete lie from hell considering I followed up a few times in different ways. Honestly it's absolute B.s. I'm happy to never go back to hwy 92 animal hospital/ Towne lake animal hospital. Capitalist america makes me so sick and they are a prime...

This is not our normal vet, but it's about to be. I have a stray cat that's been wandering in and out of my life for the past few years. He recently showed up with an injury and in obvious need of medical attention. I called my regular vet's office, who could not see me for 2 days. I found this place & called, they were able to see me same day. They were just amazing from start to finish. They waived the initial exam fee for me, calling it their "Good Samaritan policy." The vet tech & the vet were both so nice and took such good care of my little foster kitty. He had soiled the crate by the time we arrived, and the vet tech was so gracious about it. They presented me with several options, and they were just so understanding about him being a stray and me wanting to do what's best for him, but within reason. They were able to help him get back on his paws, and he is now doing much better. I was also surprised when we got to check out and they had decided to give me another 20% off discount the whole bill!! I was floored. Every person I came in contact with thanked me for bringing him in. It was just all around such a pleasant experience and such a caring office, We have 3 cats and 2 dogs already, and we are going to make this our regular vet's office...
