I have went twice for my eyebrows and they just can't figure out how I want them done so i leave there with them looking how I went in. I paid $90 for a purple with blonde highlights and left with no blonde or purple showing. They kept putting me in different light to try and see it and nobody seen a difference. Said I probably dyed my hair too soon. I told them when it was colored last so if they thought it was too soon or they couldn't do the style i wanted then they should of said something. Told me to come back and try again. Umm no thanks, you shouldn't of charged me. Then for my next 3 showers purple coloring was coming out of my hair. I could of bought a box for $5 or $10 for the same result probably better. 3rd strike I will never be back. They basically know what people at home can do...

If I could give this place a lower rating I would, maybe it just the stylist. Everyone was kind, but I didn't appreciate the hair I was missing after she bleached my hair and over processing it! Not to mention she brushed and tugged on my hair hard after bleaching it and wet. I'm still trying to grow my hair back but now my hair is different thickness through. The journey to fix my hair is pricy and this was just in nov/dec of 2023! Definitely should've taken the hint when they gave me a paper to sign, NOT TO...

While I really like Kaitlyn and she does a great job, this business upcharges your credit card by 3% without informing you and I saw no signage to inform that was their practice. I NEVER frequent businesses that upcharge your credit card. Credit card fees are a cost of doing business. If you don't want to pay your processing fees, don't accept credit cards....
