My daughter has brought me Wild Brew drinks before, so this Saturday morning was my first time going inside the Woodville location. My son and I ordered our drinks plus a seasonal pecan petal to take to her. I wasn’t really sure where to wait, so I stood near the far-right counter where the customer who ordered before us was. He was given his drink so I figured we were next. Staff placed a pecan petal on the counter to my left, not really directing it to anyone. So I took it and waited for our remaining drinks. Staff then brought a carrier with a pecan petal and our 2lattes. I asked if I accidentally took someone’s drink and apologized to the customer after me in case it was hers, but she didn’t think so because while she also ordered a pecan petal, her order had 2 other drinks. After verifying that the drink carrier was ours, we were told to just take the extra drink. That was nice, but I felt awkward like a gen-x having a boomer moment, but my gen-z kids agree with my suggestion of giving customers order numbers or taking their names, especially when several customers order...
Read moreWanted to love it, we usually go to Oak Harbor location and have never had a problem. Unfortuently, I ordered 2 frozen coffees and when I received my first one it was just white. I asked to clarify that both of my drinks would have coffee in them. I was told yes and that they don't use espresso they use coffee powder for frozen drinks? My first drink was definitely made with vanilla bean powder too, no coffee at all. My 2nd drink had possibly a hint of coffee, like maybe they added a lil bit after I asked to clarify? My fiance says he tasted no coffee in either drinks though Spent about $12 for expensive milkshakes at the end

The drinks I ordered were far too sweet for my taste, which took away from an otherwise creative menu. I noticed some red flags in how the business seemed to manage new staff, including unclear communication and what appeared to be disproportionate reactions to minor mistakes.
