Dollar General — Local services in Woodville

Extremely rude staff. I asked to use the restroom, but the restroom door was locked . I asked the black lady , she was yelled the whole time asking me to use the screw driver. Had to going back and force from front register to back of the store few times, she finally took me to the back again, I was expect she couldn’t help me open it. Then she went to an other room talking on the phone. I found the screw driver at the side , but still couldn’t open. I knocked on her door coz I really had to use it. She ignored me. Then she went out with an attitude and yelled again said use screw driver and left me there again. Anyway I had to went to the front again , I was gonna say something. Then she still has an attitude said “ somebody open the damn door for her , I’m on the phone with manager .” As a former manager at dollar store, in this case employee could have pause the phone with manager , and simply explain to manager said there is a customer needs help open the door, please give us one minute. “ if you don’t know how to deal with this kind of situation is fine, but yelled and having bad attitude with customer is...

Worst Dollar General ever !!! Went in yesterday for a few things one of the employees was busy opening the bathroom door for a customer while the other employee was trying to stock shelves we were at the front waiting and a girl with a baby told the employee that was stocking (called her mom) that we were waiting she asked the girl where Amanda was and the girl with the baby told her unlocking the bathroom for a customer. This employee got mad and started fussing and made a derogatory comment about the other employee then finally came to the register. She then proceeds to rant about Amanda leaving the register when she was busy to open the door and says from now on were putting the restroom out of order sign up. Then Amanda comes back and she made a rude comment to her then told her you need to put the out of order sign back up because we can't get anything done. I believe Amanda was a little embarrassed being spoke to like that in front of customers and the lady that spoke to her needs to find a different job if she doesn't want to provide customer service. I Love this Dollar Store!!! It has been Newly Remodeled and has SO MANY NEW ITEMS! They have the cutest selection of Home Decor. and Gardening Supplies & Accessories.
