Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Woodville

Worse jack in the box location. Website shows 24 hr location we sat in line for over 20 minutes and when we finally got to the menu to order Alan informed us he was closed and never took our order. I called the store and let them know we were still at the menu and the guy just put the phone down and started talking to someone in the location. Alan came back to the menu and said i said we were closed. I said but we were already in your line for 20 minutes while you took the car in front of us and he said i understand but I told you we were closed when you pulled up. After sitting in line for that long he should have been willing to take our order being we were the last car in the line. I told Mr Alan that was unacceptable to just close the orders after us waiting all that time and he said well fine just go ahead and give me the order. Im not taking no chance of my food being manipulated after him not wanting to make the order to begin with. I called the store to get his name and he wanted to argue with me and try to justify that he had a large order of 40 tacos and they were closed. I explained the website shows its a 24 hr location and we waited in line there was no reason for him to turn his last car away that was waiting for that long. Food was alright although they often take a while to get it done, everytime I go to the drive through they ask me to pull my car around to the front instead of just retrieving it through the window, the employees here especially after dark are almost always rude and give off an attitude that makes it seem like I'm inconveniencing them, when I went through the drive through this particular time the employee didn't even address me i had to say "hello" and then responded with attitude telling me to hold on, after I ordered, they didn't repeat my order out to me which I know is something that you are supposed to do because I work in fast food aswell, the employee named "marcus" that was working the drive through this time did not speak clearly, or politely, and wasn't even wearing any type of uniform, I go here very often hoping that it will be different and enjoyable, yet everytime I come after dark, no matter which employee is serving me, I get attitude, have to pull around to the front of the building, and they rarely ever get my order right, and within a reasonable time, even this time I ordered two meals, and two tacos, however the I only got one order of frys this is often displeasureable and always causes me stress and after this time I will not be going back, and I would not recommend it to anyone else who wants to have a...

There are multiple things wrong with this place and my order. I ordered 2 Breakfast Jacks and 2 buttermilk ranches. [1] I was the only customer in the drive-thru and I only saw 1 customer in the dining room, but it took about 15 minutes to get the breakfast order at 9:45 in the MORNING. [2] The employee asked me to park my car despite the fact I could see at least 2 Breakfast Jacks were ready. (The way the kitchen is set up allows drive-thru customers to see the heated grill staging area. [3] The order wasn't correct and was missing the ranches. [4] The employee didn't provide napkins.

All that was in the to-go bag was 2 breakfast jacks of dubious quality. I ended up not eating them because I was missing the required sauce and I didn't want to risk the possibility the food was tampered with.
