I can understand how this location has less than 4 stars overall. About a week or two ago, we had ordered Ultimate Breakfast Burritos. That's the one that has practically everything in it. I really wish I had double checked the back before getting home. Because those were some sad looking Burritos. There was absolutely ZERO care in how they were put together. In addition, they were as small as the Jr. Burrito I got my toddler. For "Ultimate Burritos" they were lacking heavily on everything. Basically only had one tater tot, one piece of sausage, a quarter (if even) of a strip of bacon, a teaspoon of egg... for ALL THREE Ultimate Burritos that we had ordered they looked like that. It was very disappointing. And you know what? Those dang Burritos are OVER $5 for JUST the Burritos. The Burritos we got were worth, at most, 2.99. What a waste of $15.
Today, I decided to give them another chance and along with an order of the Ultimate Burrito again, I ordered some pretzels. Have you had stale pretzels? I can now say I have. I can't even call them pretzels... they were rock hard by the time I got home. Now, I was there fairly early today, but rather than giving 2 week old bread, just say you weren't prepared for those items and don't give them to me. That's messed up. I guess the Burrito looked better... but come on... do we have to complain about every single item for them to be done right?
I've gone to the Woodville location because it's closest. Normally, I would have gone to Lumberton or Silsbee. They haven't messed up a single order for us. But with gas prices as they are, decided to go to this one for convenience. I don't think we will ever make that...

I wanna start by saying that I’ve worked at a sonic before, therefor I know how stressful and fast pace the environment can get when it’s reached it’s busiest hours. The poor girl at the drive-thru window had such a hard time hearing me, and my order was “put in” then wrong way. I asked for a manager and she brought one out to me and she corrected the error, while she was inside I noticed my order had been completely messed up. The second manager came out and I expressed my concerns with the order and she listened, fixed the order completely, and refunded me the entire total of my order. I decided to grab Sonic for dinner and I have to say, awesome decision! From the time I pushed the button to the time my food got to the truck, it was a positive, uplifting experience. All the way around! The lady that took my order was very patient, knew the menu, she never skipped a beat! The lady that brought my food made sure the order was correct and that we had everything we needed. She was smiling and upbeat, very positive! The food was everything we ordered!
