My experience at the repair store has gone downhill since the first time I visited. On my first visit, the person helping was friendly. After I dropped off my iPad for a repair, I returned to pick it up. To my dismay, the screen popped out of the metal housing. I took it back to the store, and the repair technician said they would fix it, no problem. However, after they try to repair the iPad for the second time, it still had the same issues. I explained the problem to the tech again. It looks like you guys bend my iPad when you were fixing it, he was like, your screen popping up. i said to him The whole thing goes black on me from time to time and the screen doesn’t sit well due to the bending you guys created, i explained. He took it to the back for a third time, then after waiting an hour he told me that my iPad already had problems before I brought it in. That’s incorrect. I tried to explain that there weren’t any problems until they fixed the screen. I asked if they were going to fix the problems with my iPad, and he said we cant fix it get a new one. I had to solve problems on my own after several attempts to get help because their post-sale service simply doesn’t work. I feel deceived and extremely disappointed since I trusted the company’s word and expected a professional service.
On top of that, I’m now facing a loss of around $800, which I shouldn’t have had to pay, because I ended up covering the full cost of my devices to switch to their company — and all of this resulted only in disappointment and frustration.
