Brought a phone in with outer speaker problem that needed to be replaced . The owner called and said it's fixed and ready. Picked it up problem still there. He said do a system restore if problem is still there then he would refund me only for the labor which is about 17$ out of 80$ I paid for the service. I compared the (replaced speaker) to another speaker same exact phone and model just older. The older speaker looks basically brand new where as the speaker he said he replaced looks damaged and dirty. How could a newly replaced speaker be dirty and damaged more than a speaker that's been sitting there for 2 years? Anyway. When I got there furious I called him out and asked if he even checks the devices he fixes before handing them back to owners. How could he not know it was still broken after taking my money. He said he made a phone call with it and it seemed fine. (That's the inner speaker not outer) nice try tech pro... He then in front of customers mentions he additionally replaced the screen for free. Which wasnt even scratched. (he broke it while trying to fix the speaker) acting like he did me a favor so that the customers in the store wouldnt think badly of him. Also had a the USB for a wireless mouse go missing after I dropped of a laptop for repair at his shop.

Just dont go there.

On the phone he was only willing to give me a labor refund when i showed up unannounced in front of customers he sang a diffrent song. As mentioned above with his gracious gift of replacing a screen he broke.

I brought the phone to another place where they asked where the phone was being worked on. When I mention stella tech i was informed that stella tech likes to bash good competitors for his own gain. Not nice.

I asked if he could tell me if the speaker was even replaced he said he cant because that would be unprofessional. Take notes stella.

Pathetic money hungry liar.

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. My husband’s iPhone died completely without a backup and he lost precious data, including pictures going back years. The Apple Store and AT&T would not entertain fixing the phone, they just wanted us to pay a large replacement fee and give us a “new” (refurbished) phone. But that wouldn’t recover his data. So, I looked for a local repair shop where someone might actually dedicate time to trying to fix the phone or at least get it to turn on for a backup.

I lucked out beyond belief with Stela G Tech and the owner, Pedro. Pedro is incredibly kind and patient. He spent 4 DAYS working on the phone. Each day, I would call and he would tell me he’s still trying and he didn’t want to give up. His efforts paid off and he got the phone to turn on long enough for us to backup my husband’s data and recover his photos! And, he didn’t charge me some crazy fee. He genuinely is motivated by a desire to help people. Next time you find yourself with a tech problem you can’t solve, go see Pedro at Stela G Tech. He also sells all kinds of electronics accessories!...

I would like to thank Pedro @ Stella G Tech for providing world class customer service and attending to my phone with quick response and repair . I was disappointed at my cell phone carrier As i waited in the store for an hour to be seen for upgrade to iPhone 13. Luckily I was able to google cell phone repair and Stella G Tech @ 805 pleasant st Worcester appeared and I spoke to Pedro who was able to order a new back as my was cracked , and microphone. Pedro saved me about 1 thousand dollars as I was ready to purchase a iPhone 13 . He gave me advice and assured me the phone would be new and taken care of . 24 hours later my phone is fully repaired with new case and private screen protector that blocks the view from the sides to keep privacy . Thank you for your response rate and when nobody wanted to repair my iPhone 12 bc it’s a sophisticated device Pedro said “ I’m not scared of anything bc I go screw by screw and make sure everything is spectacular “ .
