No one should go here. I took my phone there today and the person tells me it is going to be 4 hours. I said okay we will find something to do because I live far from the store. When I get back after waiting for 4 hours he totally destroys the phone and says he couldn't fix it. He destroyed the back of the iphone 13 worse than when I brought it in. I ask for the back of the phone and he said it was destroyed so I left without a back to my phone. This was a waste of my time. This store not even a 1, it is a zero ..in response to your response..... This is not true. You should not have given be an option. You should have said that is the only way it could be fixed. You totally destroyed the phone and you as a professional that you call yourself, you should have known that wasn't going to work but I get it. You were trying to make money but you destroyed my granddaughter's phone and wasted my time.
