Starbucks — Restaurant in Worth Township

This place discriminates against the homeless!!!!!!!

As I was sitting in the lobby this morning studying for my exam, I noticed harassment against this elderly homeless lady. She came in with some of her belongings, around 4 bags, but purchased pastry and tea from the store. Not even 5 minutes later, she was told that she could not be there with her personal belongings by what it seem to be the shift manager. They basically kicked her out even thou she was a costumer. As she was getting her things out of the store, she did two trips to carry her bags out and was harassed again by the shift manager, telling her that she could not leave her bags outside the store. What was she expecting her, to carry all four bags at once!!!! Of course she was going to make two trips and leave some bags in the front as she was heading back in to get the rest. After the poor lady left, all 3 workers were laughing about it, making fun of her. Like if it was a big accomplishment of kicking out a homeless paying costumer in the cold weather. This morning weather is at 35 degrees, its cold. I instantly left the store outrage and reported the situation...

I have been coming to this Starbucks for a long time and its across the street from my job. ITS CONVIENENT and also I keep going in because the baristas are beyond amazing and always so nice to me and always make my drink correctly!! That's the only reason I come in. Every time I get rung up and it is by a MANAGER and they are COMPLETLY rude!!! They show it by facial expressions and actions. I would think that being a manager KIM AND LISA (WOMAN WITH THE SHORT BOB HAIRCUT AND WITH GLASSES AND THE OTHER WOMAN WITH RED HAIR THAT ALWAYS HAS HER HAIR UP IN A PONYTAIL) would be courteous and friendly, but they are not.
