Supercharged Entertainment — Local services in Wrentham

I would highly and 'very strongly' recommend visiting here. Especially when the crowds are minimal and when there is/are very few kids, teens, etc. It's best to visit the facility 'away' from holidays and local school vacation weeks. No one likes having to wait in line for over an hour! My personal advice, plan your time accordingly and save yourself the irritation, aggrvation, stress, and frustration. Our party of 5..at the time, (2 kids under 12) had a fun time. As an adult, I can appreciate having all the kid and younger adult activities on the second floor! Being able to view the entire race track from above at the sit-down area was pretty sweet! Great viewing spot for videos and pictures. You will need to a sign a waiver on a tablet prior to driving the go-karts. A LOT Of people that have never been to these facilities obviously don't know that, which is understandable. And "nor do people ask or speak up." It never hurts to ask at the check in counter! When visiting during the week and very quiet, be aware of less staff being around due to business. As a customer I understand that the main floor eatery opens at 4 pm, that also drives customers away just to find a bite to eat. Like come on really?! NOT every customer is willing to have (and be patient) until 4pm every day of the week. If a family is hungry enough, save some money on eating healthier foods.

Now for the not so great stuff: When you add a lot of people, kids, and teens, while the music is playing, the volume level was a bit on the loud side. To hear the music is fine. it's another to play the music at full blast. It's not a concert folks!! NOT every family that visits is hard of hearing. Music being what it is, I do NOT find it professional AND appropriate to play genres of music with profane language in them!!! Be careful with what is playing & read the audience. I don't care a bit if the staff plays music and they like it or not. They are NOT the only ones in the building!! "Wake and grow the hell up." While the arcade games is good and enjoyable for all ages, don't expect a full fledge massive arcade gaming facility. I'd rather spend my money on other activities, not just video games. As for the bumper cars, the one thing I (honestly and truthfully) didn't like was the vehicle turning in several circles for less than a minute. For myself, that took a bit of the fun out of it. Maybe not others, but it did for me. Save money and bring a pair of jumping socks. You had to pay $3.50 a pair, per person. While it's just socks, I don't know why customers had to. To be honest, that's kinda lame. The website has the info. My biggest draw back were the 3 options for bundles. You save some money, but not enough. They should make and come up with a bundle for adult activities, not just for the kids! Like, come on, really, it's 2024!" Besides, not every family can afford to spend money on every single activity "individually" in the building. That's why bundles matter! It may not matter ONE BIT to the staff that work very hard, but it sure DOES matter for the families & friends visiting the facility. Especially for families that travel over an hour. The more bundles, the better, but it's ok. What about putting the curling, axel throwing, and digital darts under 1 bundle? Or mix it up?! All of the staff seem pretty young and do good work at their jobs. If you're gonna train your staff to work hard, they should exactly know what to do when the facility is slow and not very busy!! Doesn't matter the age of person, gender, intelligence level, or if they've graduated from high school or a university. They need to know what to do, not be told...

Loved the ninja war course, a good amount of stuff to do, but I would recommend only 1 hour people because it doesn't sound like much, but that time will feel like the longest time ever like that was the longest 30 minutes in my life to only realize I was only halfway through my hour. I highly recommend the warp wall, its really challenging, but so satisfying when you finish it. Didn't really count, but I think there was like 18 things to run (from memory) and trampoline area. Overall very fun and extremely tiring 😫, this was my 2nd time, but it was still very enjoyable despite being able to complete everything. This was a real work out and my hands end up covered in blisters and calluses (probably because I tried too hard, but the real fun for me was a little competition between my friends) I also did go-karting That was really fun, but my only complaint would be it was extremely hard to pass people if you were "racing" despite the scoreboard was based on time Also I recommend doing pro racing (MAX:45MPH), it is a bit scary so maybe try semi-pro (MAX:25MPH) if you do think you are ready, but semi-pro was bit boring to me since it felt slow 🐌 The reason we switched our first race from pro to semi-pro was because the staff "spooked" some of my party about the dangers of pro such as when hitting a wall at 45MPH will hurt when 25MPH wouldn't really hurt Also wanted to take a group photo with go-kart helmets, I would do it before the race 🏁 because with they made us take them off immediately after the race also no phones are allowed while you race, so if you want pictures, take a quick one and put your phone in the locker and have fun racing Didn't really take time to experience the arcade, but if you want an arcade I would recommend a dedicated arcade like Dave & Buster's or Round1 instead of Supercharged, but great choice if you want to do a lot of things in a short period of time I only observed the bumper cars, but it seemed kind of sad sometime, only like 2 - 3 people playing sometimes with a bunch of empty cars just spinning and the cage for the bumper cars seemed kind of small, I would recommend checking it out before deciding to do bumper cars or not Included some bad photos, I took as I...
