Read moreOn Saturday, 5/9, well over 24 hours ahead of time , I ordered a Family meal to be picked on Sunday, 5/10 @ 4:30pm. The total was close to $100, which included a substantial tip given ahead of time w/ the online order. My husband went to pick it up. First of all there was NO curbside pick up as advertised and no employee enforcing ANY sort of social distancing as the MA Governor mandated for restaurants. Customers were jammed into the vestibule and waiting area. When he was handed our order it was only the Kids Cheeseburger in it. He was told that they had some issue w/ the family meals coming through w/ orders and that they were "too busy to make us our meals" that were paid for & ordered 24 hrs ahead of time!!!! They wanted to give him a credit towards another meal in the future there. He said absolutely not and wanted it fully credited to our credit card. We'll see if that actually happens. It was complete chaos in there. No employees were wearing gloves. The hostesses were rude first of all and wearing their masks below their noses, pulling their masks down to talk to each other while about 2 ft apart, pulling the mask up and touching customers meal bags with the hand they just touched their faces with and then handing them to customers. This is absolutely unacceptable and represents incredible poor management, ignorance and irresponsibility!!! If the restaurant and employees were not prepared to adapt to the necessary and mandated precautions and the influx of orders then you SHOULDN'T have opened!!! We go to 110 grill because of the gluten free options (2 Celiacs) but before COVID-19 we also had poor take out experiences w/ half of orders missing, poor host staff customer services and poor quality food. I NEVER had a bad experience when I used to frequent the Hopkinton location. We WILL NOT be returning to the Wrentham location. Heads need to turn and staff needs to be replaced in order to have a chance of saving that location from closing down permanently. I am not one to leave reviews online but this was an unbelievably ignorant, irresponsible & infuriating experience! That location is putting customers' & staffers' lives at risk with their poor protocols!!! I think the Board of Health & Board of Selectman should be...
Decided to try something new on DoorDash, was very excited but am very disappointed in the food that I received. I believe the food is not worth the pricing either.
The food itself was made and already on the way in 20 minutes of ordering it, so that was alarming on it's own. When it arrived...
The Kale Brussels Salad says "roasted brussel sprouts", but of the ten sprouts in there maybe two were toasted? The salad itself is nothing new so it was ok for what it was, but an 18$ kale salad...I expected more quality or something different; it was my least disliked dish of the three but it is not unique or worth 18$. The Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese, again, nothing new and has been done. I was expecting to be blown out of the water with flavor and it fell flat. The onion strings were not included which irked me, but I remained optimistic. The cavatappi was perfectly cooked, the ranch was fine but did not add anything to the dish for me.
The pulled pork was VERY pulled, almost to a mushy texture. It was too soft and it lacked texture because the noodles were soft and so was the meat, which would have been combatted by the crunch of the strings if they remembered to include them. The pork itself was dry, lacked any flavor and only had taste because of the drizzled BBQ. For 30$ it should have been perfect, seasoned and punctual. It was bland, mushy and sad. The Thai Sesame Salmon I was most excited for, but let down. The salmon itself was delicious, that by itself was great. The elements surrounding the salmon made it look bad. The rice had "Bang Bang Sauce" over it which tasted nothing like the salmon. The fishy flavor it had remnants of was not from the salmon—it was very smelly and offputting. The broccoli slaw had no flavor, no salt, pepper, spice, nothing. This was tossed up in a bowl and plated with no thought behind it. It was really disgusting overall and I was not happy with...
Read moreI booked a reservation for six people for my birthday. We were accommodated with outdoor seating which was heated and had a decent ambiance. The hostess was aware the four others would be meeting my husband and I shortly, and she walked us out with two appetizer plates and two sets of utensils and then walked away. I feel that typically a host will wait for you to sit and say something as they leave. Not a big deal just an observation. Our waiter Nate was very polite and did a good job checking on us. We ordered two waters, two sweetened ice teas and two sodas, and the water was the only drinks that were enjoyed. For appetizers we ordered chicken wings and spinach dip. The chicken looked great and the sauce it was in was delicious but as I bit into it, the meat itself tasted old and dry, and the dip tasted off as well. The chips and breads to dip in were okay. For the meals I got the fish tacos and sweet potato fries. Fries were soggy and the fish tacos were flat out awful. The fish was cold and the toppings just didn’t taste good at all. Three people got the steak tips, one got the steak and cheese sub and one got the pulled pork Mac n cheese. The Mac n cheese was Mac with what seemed like Alfredo sauce? The steak tips tasted spoiled, either that or it was an absolute awful marinade, not bad reviews on the pulled pork and the steak and cheese. When Nate came he asked if I wanted to pack my food and I told him I didn’t, and that the food was awful but assured him that he was a great server. He said he’d talk to the manager about the fish tacos but came back with the bill, no manager and no more conversation about it. We still tipped him well and thanked him but I would never go back there again. I’ve heard good things about the Braintree location but after this I don’t think I could...
