Absolutely disgusted with the way Christianne and the way she treated me in store this past Tuesday. I came in hoping to speak with Karlei and unfortunately she wasn’t there. I had a simple question about when I was eligible to upgrade again. Christianne tried to tell me she was the manager of the store and that karlei no longer was there. She also told me I have no reason to upgrade and demanded that if I wanted a new phone to go to Walmart or dollar general. I waited until the following day and when I came in karlei was there as I knew she was still employees and helped me upgrade my phone. I let her know the false rumors her employee is spreading about her. This is something AT&T needs to get under control. Who turns...

Preordered an iphone pro on October 18th to receive it October 23rd. Still don’t have said phone. They lied multiple times and said it would be there this day and that day. FINALLY got assistance on this this past Sunday when the sales woman recommended I cancel my preorder and get the iPhone pro max because she was getting a shipment the next day of them and my preorder hadn’t even been shipped nor did they know when it would be... and told me she’d put my name on one Monday when it came in. I called the next day(Monday) to make sure it was there so I didn’t waste a trip and they had lied to me again. The phone wasn’t there. It’s now Wednesday and I still don’t have...

I recently broke my phone and needed a replacement. When I went in to the store originally Connor was readily available and pointed me in the right direction. I ordered my new phone online and had it within less than 24 hours. Fast forward to receiving my new phone and went back into store to get everything from broken phone to new phone and Cassie was readily available. She helped me tremendously get everything transferred from my phones to the new phone. Yes I said phones because my music never transferred from my Note 20 and she helped me with that.
