Overall a decent place, three out of the four representatives that day gave me a good vibe and were pleasing to speak with.
We dealt with both Nicky (spelling may be incorrect) and Arla on Black Friday 2016. While, later in the day, the specific Verizon deal we were looking for could not be honored at this location, Arla was extremely pleasant and helpful in getting us on the right track. Arla deserves to be commended; even though a sale was not made.
Earlier that day, however, a sale was made while dealing with Nicki. However, I do not recommend, and will not, dealing with Nicki (again, never really got her proper name). She was easily sidetracked, not devoting attention to the customer at present. She was quite pushy for a specific product, and would not admit to a mistake being made; instead insisting that I had misunderstood her answer to the same, clear, questions I had asked both in store and...

I walked into the store needing a new phone because I had cracked my screen and 95% of it was showing up a green color making it nearly impossible to see anything. To make it worse there was a flag on my account for some reason and I needed to verify that I was me to verizon first before getting a new phone. The Verizon customer service person she called for me basically said there was nothing I could do since they couldn't send my broken phone a link or security code. Mallory didn't accept that garbage answer at all and asked for us to speak to a supervisor. Long story short she was able to get me verified with them, set me up with a new phone, and transfer everything over for me. Thank you again Mallory for everything you were able to do. Read moreI will only go to this location! Mallory and Kevin are the best customer service reps! Mallory was very knowledgeable about the devices as well as plans and pricing. She made the whole process very smooth to switch from AT&T, which I was worried about. I knew this would take some time and Mallory made sure to do everything as efficiently as she could to make this a painless process for me. Kevin has a wonderful personality and is also very knowledgeable on anything and everything Verizon. He stepped in frequently to help make sure I was getting the best service possible! I love my new 14 pro max that was recommended to me based on the previous phone I had and loved, and am looking forward to getting my new watch in as well!
