Coca-Cola Bottling of Yakima — Local services in Yakima

I hope you properly train your employees — or at the very least, hire people with basic manners and professionalism. Your staff was extremely rude and disrespectful.

They were going around checking coolers in contracted locations, but the way they entered our business was completely unacceptable. They walked in without so much as a basic “hello,” ignored our staff’s greeting, and went straight to the cooler to open and inspect it. They spoke to each other, (It was two women — one with long curly red hair, and the other who seemed to be in training.) then attempted to leave — only when our employee stared at them in confusion did they finally say they were from yakima Coca-Cola.

I’ve never seen such rude and ignorant behavior in a professional setting. When entering someone else’s business, the very least they should do is say, “We’re from Coca-Cola, and we’re here to check the cooler.”
