As you approach the little shop with its music filling the cool brisk air, you get a sense of peacefulness, and kindness radiating from the little shop. The classic sounds of the creaking door opening fills your mind with the questions of, "What will i find today", and "I cant wait to start shopping". Once inside you feel welcomed, and see the display of well placed items in each and every spot. The associates attending customers help with selections, and carrying items to the counter to purchase, with smiles that are seldom seen in businesses now days, this is why they get my recommendation. As you walk around the shop you see beautiful items that are perfect in quality, and display, as well as PRICE. To be honest, so me items i found maybe a bit higher in price, but the items are unique, and not easily found so the thought the price may have been slightly higher than expected, the uniqueness, and rarity of the item could not be sold as a cheap piece, but a piece worth every cent spent on it. Many shops of this caliber place and sell items that are not as nice, and the prices represent that, but here at this impeccable & immaculate shop, your sure to get the best & best price for each item. The decor, and colors you see all around makes you feel like your in a treasure hunt for something amazing. Not shops can give you this experience. While shopping you will notice the bizziness of each associate as they rush to get out the next new piece to display, and are always smiling. Clean, and organized, makes the experience that much more wonderful. This would be a hit in any mall, but i think it is perfect in its location because its like finding a secret shopping place each and every time you shop there. My one request would be to see maybe water bottles given to customers as they spend time shopping. This would be a kind gesture, and take the shopping experience at The Olde Lighthouse...

Everything was gorgeous and the pricing was not too bad. That was 2018-2020. Now, it's getting a little too pricy especially with the broken items that are still for sell somehow, but still needs fixing in order for it to typically work. And then also saying that I was not able to use the bathroom because it's only for emergencies and not to the public? After seeing a beautiful Hispanic elder come out of the bathroom, she tells me that I needed to go tell the woman up front. So I do, and I have been trying to use a restroom for about 20 minutes, she ultimately told me no. I wonder why to be honest. Hopefully not because of the color of my skin or because of how I dressed. I was well mannered, I handled every item with gentle care, I spoke properly and was very genuine and she still told me, "No. You just can't, I'm sorry..." so I turn around to return to my shopping, when I really shouldn't but hey, who cares that your customers are single selectively, hand picked, between who you actually want to let use your restroom and who you actually don't want to let use...

Beautiful inventory; nice staff, & wide range selection to choose from. That being said; Hadn’t been to the new location, but almost didn’t pull in the parking lot when GPS told me we were there. Couldn’t be in a rougher more unsafe part of town . We did park & go in, it’s lovely on the inside as I stated. The homeless drug addicts living, sleeping, doing what ever up & down the street are less then welcoming. I mentioned something to the sweet girls at the register as I was checking out to be careful coming & going, & their response was “oh they’re too out of it & are pretty much harmless “. Someone with some wisdom needs to inform these young ladies that they (the homeless drug dealing drug addicts living on a sidewalk & on the streets) are anything but harmless . Very naive.
