The worker that was in the kitchen was so nice and friendly unfortunatly he was having no help what so ever while the two employees just sat on their phones. The owner I’m guessing was genuinly rude and mocking people and making faces. As my father in law was going to buy another lane I went to get food the owner was being persistent saying “you got a lane” “are you going to get the lane or not” implying we can not buy food if we don’t have a lane which is understandable if policy, but my father in law was waiting to pay but the younger employee literally just walked away. Went there tonight for my younger cousins birthday party, the guy that was working tonight was being argumentative and had to be asked three times to put the bumpers up so my 1.5 year old son could bowl. Then one of the arcade games ate my cousins money and he told the same worker, and was told my said worker, that he he was retarded and couldn't read the sign, and a bunch of othwr obscurities that no child should be told. At his own birthday party. The guy was rude from the time we walked in, until the minute we left. First time coming here, and thanks to this guy, the last. Their food and drinks dont taste very good either. Their diet coke tastes like spritzer water. Would not reccomend anyone...

Horrible customer service . I called to find out when there would be neon bowling , I was told there was open bowling . I said I understand that , I would like to know when there is neon bowling . I was told that there was open Bowling from three until eleven. I asked to speak to someone else because the person I was speaking to wouldn't answer my question and only said lanes couldn't be reserved and there was open bowling . I said ok, put someone else on the phone that can be helpful . I was told the person I was speaking with was the owner and then he hung up on me . Horrible...
