Took my car in today to get amp wiring and front door speakers installed by ‘professionals’ as this is one car I did not want to break things on. Was quoted 4 hours which seemed like a fair amount of time based on installs I’ve done myself. Waited outside, went in to check on things near the 4 hour mark, ‘almost done just getting his tools out’. Ok. Another half hour later I noticed 2 installers messing with the top of the door. Think to myself ‘oh great’. Ask dude at the counter what was going on with the top of the door, oh they’re just putting it back together. You have to take off the whole trim and everything to install the speakers. (Never have I had to do that on any of the 10+ cars I’ve done installs on, but I let him have his misinformation) he asks if I want to check on the car, yes, I check don’t notice anything immediately wrong, he gets his guys (who should’ve spoke up about breaking my trim)to corroborate his story. I let it go, get the car outside and inspect a bit deeper and sure enough there is black adhesive between the door metal and plastic trim. As professionals the should speak up and not try to jerry rig a fix, he could’ve offered an explaination and discount for cost of the part ($40-50) and been clean and clear. This was my 3rd and last transaction here, will do my own installs from now on where I can ensure quality work. I know this means nothing to them as my business has been little more than a drop in the bucket for them, but hopefully they can show integrity to future customers.

Edit: They also didn’t get all buckles back though the rear seat bottom, so now I have to tear that apart...

I went to them before "Old Stereo One" for remote start installs and was happy, not today and left felt I was going to be ripped off. Looking to buy a new radio, Sirius, backup camera, with my android s8+ phone operation which they said they've installed many $800 + tax...come to find out 6+ hours later they tried 5 different units, none are compatible with the s8+ which they claimed they've installed with several and works great...at the end told them to take it out and return it to original equipment... The Owner wanted me to buy it anyways because according to him "you didn't tell me you wouldn't buy it if it didn't work!" who does this ? then wanted me to pay for labor, no...wasn't want me to my vehicle said cannot open garage doors after 6pm! told him my van and I was leaving, get your equipment out. While the guys were returning it to my original equipment the owner had a friend of his park his truck in-front of the garage doors blocking my exit until I told them I would be back with my 4 wheel drive and a chain to ensure I take my van home that night, the owner of the truck left. It's their job to ensure the equipment is compatible before wasting my entire day. Never again will I recommend this owner. The employees did everything they could, I feel sorry for them working for this guy.

Seen the owners response, he lies. He tried to refuse me to leave with my van when his equipment did not work. Still wanted me pay for something that did not work, told him to take his equipment and replace mine back to orginal. The workers did while the owner tried to escalate a confrontation.

Audio solutions is hands down the best place too go!! I went too other places too get some run around and didn't have what I was after. After spending over 1500 dollars at audio queens or kings they didn't get my system done right in fact broke door clips and the rear deck of my car... but they didn't do it so they say I went back 3 times and they still couldn't get my system right. Anyways I went around town too a few spots and couldn't find what I was after Last stop was audio solutions as a shot in the dark and I am happy I stopped I got exactly what I was after very friendly and professional staff Sam is the man great friendly real guy willin too work with you and get you what ever it is that your after instead of just trying too push expensive merchandise on you Hes a hell of a guy and I will definitely be coming back in the near future too get a remote start put in my car and to get a system in my girlfriends car

And Tim that guy gets down best install I've ever seen he knows what hes doing i will request him when i come back :)

So if your after something nice and wanna cut the chase and get done up right the first time around go too audio solutions they have nice product and will suite...
