Paused membership for a few weeks since we were going to be gone for medical reasons. Had to pause over email, got confirmation but still kept getting charged. Called no answer, left a voicemail, no call back. Have been emailing for a few weeks to try and get it resolved but no one gets back to you, it's been since the end of July and we have been getting charged continuously without anyone trying to get it solved. Im leaving 5 stars because I don’t want to leave a negative review, but can we please fix the treadmill situation? Im tired of coming to the gym and having only 2 of the 8 treadmills work for running at a speed above 7. Its even worse when the only 2 that work for running are being used by ppl walking.
