C. Roy & Sons Processing — Local services in Yale

Every year, this wonderful company donates 1/2 a Roy Pig to The March of Dimes. Every year, I stake out my spot closest to the bid sheet, and make every effort to outbid the next person. The meat is always, tender, flavorful, and cut perfectly. "Locally raised". The staff are always helpful in advising me about the cuts, and assisting me to pick the smoked meats that I enjoy. They even load it for me in study boxes.
