Red Dog Cafe — Restaurant in Yale

I'm not going to lie: this little café won't be everybody's cup of tea, but for the prices-to-portions ratio, it's worth trying. The food is hot, fresh, and delicious. The staff is always sure to make sure your coffee cup is full. And what a value! I haven't seen prices like theirs in a long time. What's not to love? Well, they took the dog theme and RAN with it. Framed photos of dogs, salt and pepper shaker dogs, table dog-cor ... It's a lot of dogs. I loved it. If you love dogs, so will you. I could honestly see it being sensory overload, though. Terrible, terrible, terrible.. Not deserving of any stars. My family went in and sat down at a table. There was a bowl of candy on the table, my girls who are 3 yrs and 5 yrs old, took a piece in front of our waitress, who didn't seem to mind. Another lady came from the kitchen and took the bowl not saying a word to anyone, which was very rude. My family wasn't good enough but the other patrons can enjoy a piece of candy. Best way to describe this place is friendly, down to earth people who serve up a delicious meal in a fun atmosphere, they take their time, but when your here and see the place you really don't mind and the has always been perfect for me. I gave them 5 stars on everything because their not trying to impress anyone with anything fancy and they do the food aspect of the business...
