Went down to office to schedule a home phone modum install , provided all the correct information for our home in S. Yarmouth to the office staff. Scheduled an appointment today from 12 to 4. Comcast calls our home in central MA to say that they can not find our home in S. Yarmouth . We are located 3.4 miles from the Comcast office! WE explained that they could call our cell phone where we would be waiting to assist them if needed. We live off of station ave, and they could not find us!! Comcast claimed that they had the wrong address on our bill, despite the fact that my husband provided the correct address and correct telephone number. We called and spoke to Jada at customer service. She Was APOLOGIZING AND Said she would contact the dispatcher to see if a Comcast staff could come at this point. This after waiting 3 hours at home for someone to show up. She promised a return call in one hour to confirm whether someone else could come today from 4 to 7. This after waiting 3 hours for someone to come for our first appointment. It's been a hour and half, and no call from comcast. The worst company that we have ever had to deal with. The worst response time, the worst customer service. The worst communication from the cs office to the dispatcher staff. The worst. And they have the worst cost for poor poor service. Can't believe that a company can stay in business despite this poor service. My husband just drove down to speak with a supervisor. Comcast needs to improve...

There's, apparently, no way to review Comcast/Xfinity company, as a whole. The only way is to share your opinion on all their locations, which seems unfair but needs to happen.
Something feels real scammy about offering customers a $30 credit through ACP and then RAISING your prices by exactly $30... Does this corporation have no shame?! It's horrendous and blatant. Twice in the last 6-8 months they've raised the base prices. The first time being a month or two after the program initially came out! They really allowed us to utilize the credit twice and then they jacked our bills up. Doing this ensured Xfinity would still get the same amount of money from the customer, each month, while ALSO receiving the credits from ACP. This company is one of the absolute worst. I wouldn't recommend Xfinity or Comcast to anyone, if it were the last communications...
