Well here I am leaving a google review like I normally would do, however it's not a five star like I would love to leave it! My customer took his Dyson ball upright vacuum in to have it serviced for me as I'm his house keeper. No repairs where needed that we knew of however it needed a good "cleaning!" Anything that "cleans" something is "dirty" right!? The "cleaner" cleans but needs to be "cleaned" and "maintained" as well... Went in to pick up the vacuum, lady brought it around the counter and as any eye would see the first thing I noticed was a clean brush roll! (Only thing they cleaned) Looks great! After my customer paid a couple hundred dollars for the service provided I took the vacuum outside to over look it to check the filters and make sure it was good, I noticed they didn't do any other cleaning to it! The filters where not changed out new or even rinsed and washed! The filter in the tank was filthy and when I ran my fingers threw it to show it was not matnenced the one man got very upset and said "it was the dirtiest vacuum he's ever seen"! "I brought it in to be cleaned and maintenance as you provide that service". Then another man came out and wanted to argue as well when I asked a simple question.. "What did you do to maintenance this vacuum?" While pulling the hoses off and clearly showing the dog hair filled hoses and dust and debris inside the filters, the not so gentleman got very upset and tried to take the vacuum back as I said "it should have been done right the first time" I proceeded to take it out of his shop as the 2 men were very aggressive and rude knowing they didn't do the job at 100%. Then proceeded to slam the glass door behind me as I walked out. Very bummed by there work today as they have already worked on this vacuum and repaired the cord a...
Read moreI took a brand new sewing machine to be looked at due to the threading to lose. I was told by the owner that I would have to leave it there for two weeks because his repair guy was not there too often. Four days later he called me and told me the needle mechanism was broken and it was gonna cost me $98 yo fix it. I was in disbelief since the sewing machine was literally brand new at which point I told him that it was too much and he lowered the price to $80. I told him no and picked up my sewing machine. Same day I found a new repair shop that specializes in sewing machines I took it there they looked at it and told me there was nothing wrong with my sewing machine it was just not threaded correctly. It was making a small noise which happened to be the needle was worn out. So I walked out of there after 20 minutes with a packet of new needles and a perfectly working sewing machine and only paid $5.38.
If you have a problem with your sewing machine don’t use this guy they steal your money. I recommend you go to the Sewing center of OC, 1239 E. Imperial Highway. They are very honest and customer service...
Read moreWe dropped off our carpet shampooing machine for diagnosis and fix. When we dropped it off, we were told he would call us in a day or two after he figured out was was wrong/parts/price etc. Two weeks went by and we heard nothing. We called back and were told he hadnt even started looking at it yet, but that he would. After another week went by without hearing from him, we just went into the store and picked it up. I cannot speak to this shops skill or ability (since they never got around to either fixing it or communicating what they were doing) , but i can say we now have complete lack of trust in them. Save tour time, stay away. (To his credit, he didnt attempt to charge us anything for his 3 week long...
