My experience with York jewelry is that the people I speak with, by phone or in person, are rude. I realize that they have a corner on the market for jewelry sales in our area, but a little politeness goes a long way. People spend A LOT of money with them, which I am sure York Jewelry loves, but when it comes for repairs or information, their customer service is lacking. This place has absolutely horrible service, owner is very rude, and slow had my ring for over 6 weeks never did what we asked. Blamed us for his piss poor service.
