I had a friend order a dress from here and when she got it in the mail it was too small. She went to the store 10 days after receiving the dress only to be told they have a 7 day return policy. She has emailed and messaged the store on Instagram to see about their return/refund policy but was never spoken back to. She also wrote a Google review that must been deleted becuase I do not see it. When at the store trying to return she asked to speak to the manager but was told she wasn't in and was not given any way of contacting the manager to try and correct the situation. The store only offers store credit so she was not even able to return the dress for another item of the same value. The few times that we have been in there the customer service is not that great and we feel judged walking into there. I would not recommend this store to any...

Went in today & the sweetest girl was working. I’m 6mo pregnant so boutique shopping can sometimes be discouraging but she was so helpful & nice- she wasn’t pushy or judgmental and she surely didn’t make me feel like I didn’t belong.
