Worst customer service I have ever received from a locally owned business. I received a wedding gift that was defective and literally fell apart. I brought the gift and the gift receipt to exchange it for something else. The woman laughed at the idea of me trying to return it outside of the 10 day return window (Sorry, I was on my honeymoon during your return window, my bad).
