This was an overall horrible experience. We arrived at 6:54pm, and 4 of the people out of our group of 10 wanted to catch the last five minutes of the happy hour special. The bartender, although he saw and heard us mention that we'd like to take advantage of the happy hour specials, made no effort to acknowledge us until after the 7pm cutoff. We were seated, amd proceeded to place our orders. We all ordered hamburgers, and they slowly came out. My wife and I were the last ones yet to be served, and our waiter finally told us that the order was never put in. He left, and eventually the "manager" came to the table. She made light of the situation, offering no more than tk bring our hamburgers while our fries were still cooking. Our water glasses were never refilled, and when our food finally came, it was extremely disappointing. The huns were hard (almost like day-old bread), and the pattie had hardly any flavor at all. To cap our visit, we were given our check, and when the receipt came back, there were 2 different amounts - one on the original bill, and a different amount on the credit card receipt. When I asked, I was told that the extra amount was a surcharge for using a credit card. This should have been told to us prior to giving us our bill.

Gave this place three time well they are now on my do not eat at list!!! First time we went we had to wait over 45 minutes for our food my daughter ordered a cheese quesadilla and I got beans and rice and queso, husband got stated severe. Everything was cold service is horrible. Second time service was exact same way. Tonight we were charge $73 for one steak quesadilla one child cheese quesadilla and a side of rice with the queso. We got margaritas because it was happy hour they charge us for the first one then we asked for a second one for because it was happy hour she charged us for the second round and told us there was nothing she could do about it because that’s what we ordered I said no you owe me two more for free she looked at me like she didn’t know what she was talking about and walked away. I’m fine with them not speaking great English but don’t walk away from me when I have a problem. Who heard of a side of rice causing eight dollars and a bowl of queso with beef causing $10. Also everything was cold once again!! Never...

My wife and I tried this place out for the first time this weekend. After reviewing the menu, I mentioned to my wife the seemingly high prices on the menu. We decided to try the appetizer chicken nachos and the chimi grande (not 100% on the name). The nachos were delicious. Chicken was of high quality. We received our chimi grande... Holy cow. We had our 5 month old with us. This chimichanga could have fit in her 6 month old clothing. Good night was this thing grande. It was amazing. Stuffed to the brim with chicken and steak. We only ate half of it!

Going back to the overall high price. It's evident in the few items we had, that the portions are larger than normal. Furthermore the quality is definitely that of one of the best Mexican restaurants in Lafayette/Youngsville area.
