I visit this strip mall for the Little Caesar's located in it and it's a pretty decent one. The problem here is the condition of the poorly lit parking lot and some of the people in it. Watch your back and lock your car up. Panhandling outside and ankle turning potholes too. Sketchy area to say the least.
