They were out of crazy sauce and acted like they couldn't refund it to my card.
I ordered on the app and came to get it. When I got there the guy said they were out of crazy sauce. I told him it was no problem because I could just call customer service to get the money back for that. But when I called them I was on hold for 20 minutes with no answer.
So I called the store directly and explained what was up. She said "We weren't out of crazy sauce."
I told her "The guy told me you were." I'm guessing he didn't know there was more in the back or something, there were a few new faces since I'd been here last.
She told me I'd have to come to the store to get the $1.50 back. I asked her if she could just refund that to my card.
"No." Blunt, one word answer and it was clear from her tone the entire call she thought I was lying. Because apparently I'm going to spend $15 on an order but lie to get back $1.50.
It's also not true she couldn't refund it to my card because this same store had done this before when I had an order messed up.
$1.50 probably doesn't seem like a big deal, but I am very tired of billion dollar corporations bleeding me dry. $1.50 here, $2 there, it ads up.
Not to mention I can never trust Little Caesars again. If they want to give me a hard time over the crazy sauce how do I know they won't do the same next time my entire order...

The delivery should have been real simple with only 4 turns and you'll be at my home, 6 mins away, but no, it taken Mary about 15mins or so to find me. Stayed she couldn't locate me when I've given direct and simple instructions, turn by turn. I tried calling and texting her, but she refused to answer, hate that I prepaid a tip. Then I receive the food is it look NOTHING like the crazy bread and ITALIAN cheese bread. There was no little white cheese sprinkles, completely dry looking, seemingly S if someone licked it all off.
The bread seemed formed by a 1 yr old with torn pieces. The smell of both is disgusting. I made the mistake of ordering from the wrong location and called them immediately to cancel with the male manager stating I'm too late, its already being made. In 2 mins, it's already being made? No refunds. Contact corporate.

Read moreFor the record: I've never experienced delivery from this store, so this review has no reflection on the drivers' work ethic. Admittedly, I haven't had any issues with the quality of the food; they are in good portions and baked well, but the customer service on counter is definitely lacking. I normally use the Pizza Portal (their app is pretty amazing) for quick pick-ups and on one particular visit the cashier reminded me about my dipping sauces as I was about to leave. I was so grateful for it that I gave him a tip (and some kind words) the next visit - yes, the counter cashier - but the response was a barely half-hearted "thanks" as he immediately focused his attention on other things. There are many other LC's nearby that I'll be visiting in the future instead, I personally recommend trying out one...
