I went to try this nail salon for the first time prior to a two week trip that I was going on. The staff was very friendly, and they took me immediately. I got an acrylic set, and they completed my set within an hour and did it in a very timely matter. Prior to my appointment, I looked on their website to look at prices. The website could be quite confusing and I got lost a couple of times trying to figure out prices. Upon finally finding out prices, it was estimated to be around $45-60, which I would say is reasonable for getting an acrylic set. As I went to pay, I was charged $75, which I must admit was pricey for me, but I assumed with a price like that, I would be getting quality nails that would last a long time. The charge to my nails was $45, but with 3 $15 extra charges: shape, color, and design. I found these charges to be a little much seeing as I got mid length almond shaped nails, that were solid colored. No fancy design, just color. I looked past this as I assumed that if I was paying this much, I would have them last me a long time. Fast forward 3 days, on my trip, my nails start popping off as if they were press on nails. They popped off without any force, no excessive activity. I was literally just walking and they started popping off. This has never happened to me before getting acrylic nails, as they usually last me months, and even then I have to use excessive strength to get them off. I am disappointed in the quality especially for the price that I paid. The staff is extremely nice, and I had a great conversation with multiple, however I am very disappointed in the quality of the nails that I got - not even lasting me more...
Read moreI come to this nail shop often and booked an appointment for 1:00PM. I was seated and explained to the nail tech what i wanted and she began to do my nails. In the middle of my manicure while the slow spead is taking off my polish. A man walks up to my nail tech and tells her to move me over because her appointment was there. The nail tech them proceeded to move me over to the next table and immediately greeted her appointment and began doing her nails. I was left at the table with no communication and no information. No one can to the table to do my nails I was left there. I immediately got up to ask the receptionist what was going on and she said she had an appointment. My question is, why was I sat with someone who had a client coming in ten minutes? There was no notice not request if Iâd be willing to wait for my tech to arrive? Very unprofessional and very inconsiderate of my time and service.
The management to the receptionist to the nail tech failed at communicating, failed at scheduling, and failed at ensuring I was aware of what...
Read moreLeaving here today disappointed đ.... I really liked this place when they first opened.... I noticed the sanitary precautions that took place, the coffee or ice water that was offered. But it's changed, last few times I was here, nothing was offered, eventhough the package said it comes with a beverage....and they don't open the nail tools out of a sanitary package anymore... They, are more or less just sitting on the tray.... Which makes me wonder if it was ever cleaned before me...today was the icing on the cake in which I won't return... I got the basic manicure which was $65...I asked why the price increase...the gut that checked me out said it was callous removal... I was like I did not have callous removal.... Than the tech came over and said remember you did.... I was like nope I didn't.... I might have mistaken and thought she said you want "color removal"... Regardless my pedicure wasn't any different than it normally is.... And I have no calluses... Needless to say I won't be returning.... In search of...
