Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Yucaipa

Came here a few weeks ago and dealt with the most rude employee that I have ever came across. I asked for a double wrapped burrito and she asked why I wanted that and when I asked if she was serious, she rolled her eyes and asked what rice. I told her extra white rice and she had an attitude about that. I told her that I wanted half steak and half chicken and somehow that was double even though I didn't get double scoops???? Once it came to rolling my burrito that was the size of a del taco epic burrito but far more expensive... I asked for more chicken since she gave me 8 pieces and she said no. I told her that i will pay more as I have before and she said "I told you no" Once we got to the end, the employee then says "great now how am I going to wrap this" with an attitude and rolling her eyes. I should've walked out as I stood at the register for 10 minutes waiting for someone to cash me out even though the store had no one else in line except for a mom and son behind me. The same female employee that helped me went to help the mom and son and when the boy told her that he wanted a double tortilla burrito, she made face expressions and says "what is with you guys and this double wrapped burrito bro" she was completely out of order and extremely unprofessional. I shouldn't have to pay $21 for a del taco size burrito and bad service! I don't know the female employee name but she had a star sticker on her face...

Overall this place was a disappointment. No acknowledgement when walking in and they had a line despite there being at least 6 people on shift. The blonde male who took our order had the worst attitude about everything and gave the skimpiest portions. I know chipotle has been under fire recently for under serving their portions but this employee really took it to a whole other level. When I asked for corn the bin was practically empty and served me the 6 kernels that were left. As I was going to ask him to get a new tub so I could actually get corn on my bowl he quickly pushed my order over to the cashier and started working on someone else bowl. I used to work in food service so I know everyone has their bad days but to think I'm paying almost 17 dollars a bowl, I want it made correctly at least. The whole staff were not friendly and started closing duties and closing off portions of the store at 7pm(they close at 10), like cmon. The tall brunette male that was working on the drive thru orders was the only one who seemed with it and was actually nice. Absolutely disgusted and appalled by this restaurant and their management. Today I placed an order online and when I went to pick up 1st thing was order was not ready, I had to wait until the “manager” Rafael prepared it. While he was preparing my food and my kids food he decides to get his phone from his back pocket (using the gloves he is using to prepare my meal) then puts it right back and continues to work on our food. He contaminated everyone’s food today. Ecoli and other illnesses are real. I canceled my order but not before telling him what was wrong, he brushed it off, no apology and did not feel the need to explain himself. He said to call the 800 number to get my refund. I can see now why I always get food poisoning when I come here and I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt but the fact that he is part of the leadership team and is okay with preparing food this way just tells you that they don’t hold any good standards in their restaurant.
