It was fun and all, however the place in general especially the bathroom is horrendous to say the least! There is urine crust all over the urinals including the top or something there/scum, and looks like the last time it was really cleaned up was never. Maybe needs a new urinal cake and new pee pads for the idiots that can't make it in the urinal, but that does not mean never clean it up. Yes there is toilet paper and paper towels (bare minimum basics) but I've been here several times and no staff or anyone obviously does any cleaning and I mean a good overall cleaning. Hire someone if the current staff won't clean up and check up what it looks like. I hear the women bathroom is the same condition from girls I talk to there, not staff but customers. I would rather pee outside in the grass than use this bathroom, and heaven forbid if I had to do number #2. I would drive to the gas station and use that bathroom. I see a couple weeks ago in a review someone had a similar review. I also see no owner comment on that cleanliness review, but the sure did owner comment on a review that questioned age limits in the bar and a legal issue. Would be nice if the owner actually went in on a Friday or Saturday evening just to see reality not just a complaint. If I could give 0 stars I would. Today I was refused service by an older rude woman who I believe is most liked ly the owner. I went to Nassau bowling center with my four children and my friends 16 year old daughter to bowl and have pizza. The woman Did not believe my four children were even my children and accused me of being a daycare and taking advantage of her and the kids bowl free program. When I stated they in fact were my children and one was my friends daughter and would be paying full price for her and myself, I was still refused service. When I got upset because she was continuing to refuse service and I stated she was losing a paying customer she said she didn't care because I was using a coupon and wouldn't be spending money. Even though I intended to purchase food items and pay full price for myself and the 16 year old, the woman continued to argue with me. It soon became clear she had no intentions of honoring the kids bowl free program or even setting us up to bowl. Could it have been because the 16 year old girl who came with me was African American? The woman continued to say she didn't believe I had four children as I walked out of the bowling. I am hurt and embarrassed my children witnessed the possible racism and the blatant disrespect their mother and childhood friend received. Worst bowling alley in the U.S. Lane conditions are terrible and one of the employees will threaten you with violence and attempt to fight you if you say anything about his pathetic lane conditions. The general manager apparently is good with his employees threatening customers. I wish I had the owners information where I could call and discuss his employee situation. I pulled my Wednesday night team out if the leagues because we don't feel safe any longer bowling in Yulee.
