I went through drive-thru about a month ago and was basically told that all the specialty donuts were all gone. So I decided to stop on the way to my Veterinary office and treat them. I had two cats in the car with me, so I went through drive-thru. I asked what specialty donuts were left, it was very limited again. So, I had to keep asking if they had this or that donut. The female finally said, "Why don't you just come in and look for yourself?", to which I replied that I had two cats in the car. I finally placed the order and pulled around to pay. The lady was sooooooo rude, she had light brown/blonde hair and glasses. I put my card in the machine and she flipped the screen around to enter a tip. I chose NO TIP! She basically shoved my donuts out of the windows at me and provided NO receipt! The window closed and I said, "Excuse me, why are you so rude?" She turned to another short, dark haired woman and told her to deal with me. I asked her why she was so rude (I thought she was the one who took my order) and she said, "I was the one who helped you. I told you to come in because I don't have the time to run back amd forth to see what donuts we have left. We're busy." To which I replied, "You shouldn't have a damn drive-thru then." And drove off. We all use drive-thru for CONVENIENCE, I'm sorry, not sorry, that it's not convenient for YOU! The donuts I got for my husband and I were AMAZING!!!!! So light and airy. I got the Boston Creme and it was FILLED with the custard and the chocolate frosting was decadent. I got the bacon maple for my husband and he inhaled it. No matter how good your product is, if customer service SUCKS, I will NOT be back. I want a paper receipt. My order was about $38 at about 8 a.m. this...
Read moreToday was my first time visiting and I was so excited to try their breakfast & donuts! I ordered a slice of sausage quiche (flavors available were sausage, bacon, or spinach), a chocolate glazed donut, and an apple pie donut. The quiche was still warm by the time I got home (~20 minutes) and was delicious. The crust was perfect, flaky and moist. The eggs were super fluffy and buttery, and the pieces of sausage were savory, and overall, a lovely quiche! I can’t wait to try their other flavors. The donuts? Heavenly. My husband said the chocolate glazed donut was soft and fluffy, and the chocolate wasn’t too overpowering and he got chocolate in every bite. The apple pie donut was filled with apple pie filling and coated with cinnamon sugar. It was the most pillowy, melt in your mouth donut I have had in recent memory. The filling inside was cold (like refrigerated temp) but I didn’t mind that; it would be just as delicious warmed, though. I used the drive thru to order and spent about 10 minutes there, with about 5 other cars in line. The girls at the window were very sweet, genuine, friendly, and efficient. Thank you for a delicious breakfast & donut, the first of...
Read moreLet me tell you something about this place!!! Firstly, I am a foodie, I expressly say this place has absolutely knocked it out of the park. I had zero expectations walking in. As you enter, you are presented with the menu and donut display, while limited today I am sure it was due to the time that we arrived. It has been my experience that Most donut shops are open early and closed early or when they sell out of donuts. We ordered a variety of donuts to experience complimented them with a hot Matcha latte.( also awesome ) I selected the Cajun Benny for breakfast. Absolutely delicious !! This is one that I think Justin Wilson would be proud to eat. The hints of Cajun seasoning throughout are present without being overwhelming. That spicy smoked sausage is the perfect way to accentuate this dish. I was impressed by the perfectly poached egg, both were spherical and cooked perfectly. I even had to inquire as to how they achieved that delicious level. In my opinion this stole the show over the Donuts but that's just me. Mind you, the donuts are good. Worth the money as they are...
