Lowe's Bargain Barn Furniture LLC — Local services in Zanesville

Went to the store today to check out used washers and dryers. Met the owner, the voice of the commercials and thought he was an OK guy until he started talking to his employee very demeaning like. I continued on shopping, trying to ignore his ignorant behavior and once I found what I was interested in, I went inside and asked if I could put them on hold as I have already saw hold tags on other used appliances. The lady that was working, which is very nice, told me yes and the owner over talked her and said very mean “NO!”. I said something about putting money down, but they must have not heard me and the owner said to me “come back when you’re ready. We have another load coming soon so come back once you have the money to buy what you want!” The lady mentioned something about layaway, which would have been awesome, and he once again spoke up very loudly and ignorant again. I was already halfway out of the door and he mentioned something about putting money down and I made a comment back saying “I have money down but no thank you“ and he very rudely thanked me as I was already walking out the door . Never will I go there and deal with this kind of ignorance.
